PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Milk-Pro system is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, and from grade 316 stainless steel where the milk actually comes into contact with the machinery. 

Manually-operated, the system is simple to install, operate, clean and maintain. Each component of the system, from the Sachet or Bottle Filler to the Chilling Tank is fully tested prior to despatch from the factory, and each carries a 12-month warranty against faulty parts and/or bad workmanship

1. MILK-PRO FILLING UNIT

Milk-Protising works best with sachets, but certain bottle types can also be used. The Milk-Pro Sachet Filler forms sachets from plastic tubing which can be printed front-and-back with individual logos, nutritional information, contact details, etc.

2. MILK-PRO PASTEURISER

The Milk-Pro Pasteuriser heat treats the filled sachets according to the Low-Temperature Long Time (LTLT) pasteurisation method for batch processing operations. Lower temperature means more of the fresh-from-the-cow flavour!

3. MILK-PRO CHILLING TANK

A critical part of Milk-Protising, getting the temperature down as fast as possible after pasteurising to 5˚C or less ensures maximum shelf life. And we really do mean longer shelf life… at proper storage temperatures, of course!
